Senior PPC Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior PPC Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, with a focus on pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels, to drive traffic and conversions while maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising networks.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and expansion.
  • Create and manage ad copy, headlines, and extensions that are engaging and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, updates, and best practices in PPC and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content marketing, and design, to align PPC strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and key metrics for management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for new campaign strategies and testing, including A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices for PPC management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in a professional setting.
  • Proven track record of successful PPC campaigns and achieving ROI goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using PPC management tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus.
